On 11 December 2025, Media Advocacy Group (MAG), in partnership with UN Women, successfully conducted an Orientation for Media Houses on the Media Compact and Its Implementation in Butwal, Lumbini Province.
The session brought together journalists and media professionals to deepen their understanding of the Media Compact’s key principles and practical commitments. Insights from previous consultation meetings were also shared, providing participants with actionable tools to promote gender‐responsive, ethical, and inclusive reporting.
